About us

Chef Courtney is the owner of Phorks, which was established in 2018, primarily as a small catering business essentially focusing on comfort food.

During early 2020 Phorks branched off into a unique seafood business offering shelled snow crab, an idea she got from her uncle. So many people struggle with getting the meat out of the shell, and now you can enjoy Phorksful of sweet and buttery crab by the mouthful. Chef Courtney says "I just wanted to change the crab experience for people."
